Compass V5 is now officially retired
 
 

      UPGRADE FROM V5 to V6 PACKAGE

       

      This process is for existing users of Compass to upgrade from V5 to V6.   

      During the process, all "old" files will be converted to the new format.

      Note:  this process does not install the latest CompassV6.exe executable.    You must do this separately (see next section of this page)

      Users that have already installed CompassV6 can update to the latest executable file from here

      Instructions

       

    1.  For convenience, download the file to a USB stick.   You can then use the stick to install the update to many PCs
    2.   Rename the file CompassVxxxx.xx.xx.exe.bob to  remove to .bob extension
    3.   D-click on file CompassVxxxx.xx.xx.exe and follow the instructions. Usually   UNZIP, OK, CLOSE, CLOSE.    Do not change any settings on your way through.
    4.   That's it.
